Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the telor33 platform, including the website, mobile application and all services offered under the telor33 brand. During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and current information including your full name, active mobile number and a valid email address. False or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account. This includes:

• Reporting any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared device.

telor33 will not be liable for any loss arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.

Deposits and Payment Methods

telor33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM20.

Deposited funds are to be used for wagering on the telor33 platform only. Deposits are final once a transaction is confirmed. telor33 does not bear any third-party processing fees that may be charged by payment service providers.

• All deposit transactions are processed in real time subject to the payment system's response.
• If your deposit is not credited within a reasonable time, please contact our support team via live chat.
• telor33 reserves the right to suspend the deposit process if there are indications of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Deposited funds do not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is submitted and confirmed by our team.

Withdrawal conditions that must be observed:

• Your account must have completed full identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the telor33 account holder.
• Any bonus or promotional credit must meet the full wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn.
• telor33 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests that exceed a certain amount.
• Withdrawals involving cryptocurrency will be processed at the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is approved.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

telor33 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement to be met is 25 times the bonus amount received.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → rollover requirement RM120 × 25 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM600 → bonus RM300 → balance RM900 → rollover requirement RM300 × 25 = RM7,500

General bonus rules applicable to all telor33 promotions:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses may not be used in games excluded from rollover contribution, where applicable.
• telor33 reserves the right to decline or cancel a bonus if there are indications of misuse or fraud.
• Other promotional bonuses such as cashback, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions have their own terms stated at the time the relevant offer is issued.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and termination of the account.

Game Rules

General matters relating to games:

• The outcome of all games is final once the relevant spin or round is completed.
• Any technical fault occurring during an active game will be resolved based on server log data retained by telor33.

• telor33 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings if evidence of game manipulation is found.

Prohibitions and Restricted Activities

• Registering more than one account or holding an account in another person's name.
